We are currently seeking a Security Analyst Senior Analyst to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

The GRC Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives by conducting risk assessments, reviewing internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements, and maintaining Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs. The role works closely with business units, IT, audit teams, and management to strengthen the organization's risk posture and operational resilience.
Responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing management of the 6clicks Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform and OutThink Human Risk Management platform. Supports Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives by configuring platform modules, maintaining workflows, managing users, and ensuring the platforms effectively support risk management, compliance, and security awareness objectives.

5 to 8 years of relevant exp. is required for this role.
