Summary:
As a Security Architect, your day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. You will focus on creating a robust architecture that supports business needs while ensuring optimal performance. Your responsibilities include thorough documentation of security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of security operations to a cloud-managed environment. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain security integrity and operational efficiency is a key aspect of your role, ensuring that the security posture evolves with emerging business and technological demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to safeguard cloud environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of security strategies with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud services.
- Skilled in integrating security controls into cloud infrastructure and managing identity lifecycle processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
