Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects. This role requires coordinating with global teams to utilize established methods, tools, training, and assets effectively. The individual ensures that project milestones are met while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. They actively manage project timelines, resources, and communication channels to facilitate smooth project progression and address any challenges that arise during implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or risks.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report on project status and outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and managing access control policies and authentication mechanisms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access management systems.
- Familiarity with security protocols and standards relevant to access management.
- Capability to collaborate with technical teams to integrate access management solutions within broader security frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
