Job Description
Position: Security Guard
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control entry and exit of visitors and vehicles.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle inward/outward registers accurately.
- Check visitor identity and issue visitor passes when required.
- Record vehicle details in the register at the gate.
- Ensure all entries and exits follow company security procedures.
- Patrol the premises and report any suspicious activity.
- Maintain discipline and safety at the workplace.
- Assist employees and visitors with entry-related queries.
- Report incidents, accidents, or security concerns to management immediately.
General Rules:
- Be punctual and remain alert during duty hours.
- Maintain proper uniform and professional behavior.
- Keep all registers updated and accurate.
- Do not allow unauthorized persons or vehicles to enter.
- Follow company safety and security policies at all times.
- Protect company property and maintain confidentiality.
Reporting To: Security Supervisor / Administration Department.
