Senior Account Executive

Job Description – Senior Accounts Executive

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the Group Companies engaged in Construction, Real Estate, Food Processing, Hotels, and Resorts.
2. Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, journal entries, ledgers, and monthly book closures.
3. Prepare and maintain financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
4. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns and payments.
5. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities for compliance and reporting requirements.
6. Prepare periodic MIS reports, cash flow statements, profitability analysis, budget variance reports, and management dashboards.
7. Manage banking operations including fund planning, payment processing, reconciliations, loan documentation, and liaison with banks.
8. Monitor receivables, payables, project-wise accounting, cost controls, and working capital requirements across business verticals.
9. Assist management in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and implementation of internal financial controls.
10. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, statutory registers, and documentation while supporting management with timely financial insights and decision-making reports.
