Junior AI Engineer:

Short Description:

We are looking for a hands-on, logically strong AI Engineer who can design, build, and optimize intelligent systems using LLMs, agentic frameworks, graph databases, python and modern AI/ML tooling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, experimenting with cutting-edge architectures, and shipping production-grade AI solutions.

Role Highlights:

• Build next-gen agentic AI workflows • Develop and productionize RAG systems and graph-augmented reasoning pipelines • Work hands-on with cutting-edge LLM architectures and tooling • Solve challenging logical and engineering problems every day • Contribute to architecture, experimentation, and optimization decisions.

Skills and Qualifications: 

•  4- 8 year of strong technical background, including a deep understanding of AI concepts and methodologies.

• 3- 4 years hands on experience with LLM (commercial and open source), Lang Chain, Llama Index, agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and Vector Databases

• 3-5 years of experience with graph databases (Neo4J and Cypher would be a big plus • Txt2sql hand on experience is a plus

• Programming languages such as Python and Java and familiarity with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Scipy, Pandas, etc.

• Solid understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and casual inference methods

• Experience working with agile methodologies and tools.

• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of AI.

• Financial industry experience would be a plus.

• Experience on Claude / Autogen / similar agentic Ai platforms would be plus
