Senior Analyst

Description

We are seeking skilled VBA Developers with strong expertise in VBA programming using Excel (mandatory), Word, Power Queries, and MS Access (mandatory). The successful candidates will join our team to design, develop, and maintain VBA applications and automation solutions that streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain VBA macros and solutions primarily within Excel and MS Access.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into efficient VBA code.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing scripts and automation for performance and reliability.
• Design workflows and automate reports including use of Power Queries.
• Document code and provide end-user training and support.
• Work as part of a team, performing code reviews and sharing best practices.
• For senior developers: Lead development efforts, mentor juniors, and assist with project planning.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of VBA with hands-on experience on Excel and MS Access.
• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, Power Query, and Word automation.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with SharePoint integration.
• Knowledge of HTML, VBS scripting, and Power Apps development.
• Familiarity with database queries and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
