Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operations & Managed Services
- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure environments across AWS and Azure.
- Administer and maintain Cisco, Palo Alto, F5 Load Balancer, and Cisco Meraki environments.
- Perform proactive monitoring, event management, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Ensure SLA compliance, service availability, performance optimization, and operational stability.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Teams services.
Monitoring & Observability
- Utilize Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and SolarWinds for monitoring and performance management.
- Conduct trend analysis, capacity planning, alert optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Drive observability and AIOps initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Server & Infrastructure Administration
- Manage Dell, HPE, and IBM server infrastructure.
- Coordinate patching, upgrades, maintenance activities, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
Project Execution
- Lead and participate in infrastructure deployment, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.
- Prepare implementation plans, test plans, risk assessments, and rollback procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders for project delivery.
Automation & Service Improvement
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual operational efforts.
- Develop operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge management documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and service optimization initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Cloud: AWS, Azure
- ITSM: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management
