Job Title Java jBPMRHPAM L3 Production Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with handson experience in jBPMRHPAM to join our Production Support team The candidate will be responsible for maintaining monitoring and supporting business process applications ensuring system stability quick issue resolution and continuous improvement of workflows

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2L3 production support for Javabased applications integrated with jBPM

Monitor application health logs and workflows to ensure smooth operations

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs

Analyze incidents perform root cause analysis RCA and implement fixes

Work closely with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements

Handle deployments hotfixes and configuration changes in production environments

Support and maintain business process workflows using jBPMRHPAM

Manage database queries and data fixes when required

Participate in oncall support and handle critical incidents

Ensure proper documentation of issues solutions and processes

Required Skills

Strong experience in Java Core Java Spring Spring Boot

Handson experience with jBPMRHPAM

Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture

Experience with application servers eg JBoss WildFly

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of SQL and relational databases Oracle PostgreSQL etc

Familiarity with log monitoring tools Splunk ELK etc

Experience with version control systems Git

Preferred Skills

Experience with Red Hat Process Automation Manager RHPAM

Exposure to Kubernetes OpenShift environments

Understanding of CICD pipelines

ITIL process knowledge Incident Problem Change Management

Soft Skills

Good communication and stakeholder management

Ability to work under pressure in a production environment

Team player with proactive attitude

Nice to Have

Certifications in Java or BPM tools

Experience in BFSI domain
