Job Summary -

This is 100% Target Based Recruitment Job. We are seeking dynamic and responsible Junior HR & Senior Hr to support recruitment operations, candidate coordination, onboarding activities, and HR documentation processes.

• The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, coordination abilities, and basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Draft job postings and detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding of new hires.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 9+ years of experience in Jr HR & 10+ years in Senior HR / Recruitment / Coordination preferred

• Experience on hiring portals such as LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri, Shine, etc. preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Timing:

• 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
