Senior Manager – ERP & Finance Transformation (Delivery Head – Pune)

Role Objective (Clear & Measurable)Lead and deliver high-impact ERP stabilization, finance transformation, and investment readiness engagements by:

• Working closely with CFOs
• Managing multiple client engagements
• Building and leading a high-performance delivery team
• Establishing and scaling the Pune office

• Core Responsibilities1. Client Leadership & CFO Engagement (Most Critical)Act as primary interface with CFOs / Finance Heads
• Drive discussions on:
• ERP inefficiencies (especially SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA)
• MIS gaps and reporting delays
• Financial control weaknesses
• Investment readiness & due diligence expectations
• Build trusted advisor positioning, not just consultant
• 2. ERP Stabilization & Transformation DeliveryLead end-to-end execution of:
• ERP stabilization engagements
• Finance transformation projects
• Diagnose:
• Process vs system gaps
• Control failures
• Data integrity issues
• Recommend and oversee:
• Practical, implementable solutions
• Coordination with client teams (since execution is client-led)
• 3. Multi-Project ManagementManage 4–6 parallel projects
• Ensure:
• Timely delivery
• Quality of outputs
• Client satisfaction
• Monitor:
• Project risks
• Escalations
• Resource allocation
• 4. Team Leadership (10+ Members)Lead and mentor a team of:
• Analysts
• Consultants

• 5. Investment Readiness & Due Diligence SupportSupport clients in:

• 6. Pune Office LeadershipSet up and lead Pune delivery center
