 Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager – Income Processing 

The SME / Team Leader for Income processing will manage and oversee income-related activities. This includes accurate calculation, reconciliation, and distribution of interest income, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. The role demands strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and expertise in Income processes. 

Responsibilities 

• Income Interest Processing: Calculate and validate income interest for securities based on corporate actions and market data. Ensure timely and accurate posting of income interest to holders. 

• Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily/monthly reconciliations of income interest accounts.  

• ADR Operations Management: Handle end-to-end ADR income interest lifecycle, including data validation, payment processing, and exception handling. Coordinate with custodians, depositories, and counterparties for income distribution. 

• Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure adherence to SEC regulations, SOX controls, and internal compliance standards. Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly. 

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams and external teams for smooth operations. Respond to queries from client and resolve escalations effectively. 

• Process Improvement & SME Role: Act as a subject matter expert for processes. Drive automation and efficiency initiatives within the team. 

• Experience in Trustdesk application will be added advantage. 

• The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Dividends, Stock Dividends, Checks, Interest, and Redemptions, along with hands-on experience in industry-standard tools and processes

Minimum Qualifications  

• Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)    

• Effective probing & root cause analysis skills   

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills  

Relevant work experience in an Sr Associate role is a must. Previous experience in a middle/back office in financial services firm.
