Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The individual will be responsible for driving sales efforts to achieve revenue targets by identifying potential leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals. They will collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions, provide market insights, and ensure client satisfaction. Regular tasks include conducting market research, visiting client locations, and presenting proposals while maintaining accurate sales records to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience in client relationship management, customer engagement, and effective communication
Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
Capability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic technical proficiency to utilize digital sales platforms
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
Salary - 3Lpa to 5LPA
