Define scalable and secure architecture patterns for services across all environments. Drive multi-region strategy, availability planning, and disaster recovery readiness.Team & Technical Leadership Lead platform and DevOps engineers responsible for cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, andoperations. Review designs, guide teams on standards, and ensure consistency acrossimplementations. Support team growth through mentoring, technical direction, and structured feedback.Azure Platform Ownership Oversee platform foundations including compute, networking, APIs, identity, andobservability. Build reusable infrastructure patterns to streamline environment setup. Improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency through proactive architecturaldecisions.Kubernetes Platform Management Must have significant hands on production grade experience with Kubernetes. Define the Kubernetes platform strategy, including deployment models, serviceonboarding, and operational practices. Ensure stable and efficient operation of Kubernetes workloads across environments.Guide modernization initiatives and improvements in platform reliability.DevOps & Delivery Automation Lead CI/CD modernization to improve delivery speed and release predictability. Establish common automation practices and governance across teams.Reduce deployment risk through standardized pipelines and clear rollout processes.Operational Excellence Set standards for monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and operational runbooks. Introduce SLOs and structured RCA processes to improve reliability. Partner with SRE and engineering teams to strengthen operational readiness.Security & Governance Implement consistent rules for identity, access, and environment boundaries. Ensure platform compliance and reduce risks through guardrails and automation. Promote secure-by-default patterns across cloud and application teams.AI & Data Integration Support ML and data teams by providing infrastructure patterns for AI models and dataworkflows.
