About the Brand 

Our Finance Capability Center plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality, standardized, and scalable financial services across the organization. The Financial Accounting team is responsible for Journal Postings, Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Reporting while driving strong governance and process excellence. We are looking for talent that brings analytical rigor, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, fast‑paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a person who has sound knowledge of General Ledger and month-end closing and Reporting activities.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Validate the balance in each general ledger account. Update the SAP assignment field every week for analysis purposes.

2. Ensure that all financial transactions have been properly accounted for and in the correct general ledger account.

3. All analyses should have detailed information of the type of cost, expected to be released from the balance sheet and the follow-up dates from the team member.

4. Perform Account analyses and submitted to the GL team, Experience in dealing with deadlines.

5. Preparing and posting different types of journal entries (Accruals and provisions) into the SAP system and email confirmation with document number to the sender.

6. Upload support into SAP for non-reversing journal entries. 

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

1. Accounting degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an accountant or in a specific process.

2. A good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and you can apply them correctly.

3. Proficiency in Excel.

4. Effective communication skills.

Desirable:-

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. ERP system experience is required; SAP is strongly preferred but not required.

3. Experience in Finance Shared Services for a Global Company a strong plus.
