1.    3 calls allotted to every service engineer before on day.

2.    Keeping track record of SE site and monitor callas timing also.

3.    Check all 3 calls done by service engineer and take post call update also.

4.    Handling customer complaint and resolve on time.

5.    Proper updating of Customer data base.

6.    Through calling generate the business.

7.    Proper follow up for recovery and outstanding.

8.    Make sure all service engineers must do 3 calls per day and monthly 78 productive calls and service load should be complete. (11*3*26= 858)

9.    Labour revenue should be achieves as per target (11*3*26*850=729300)

10. Parts Sales should be achieve as per target (11*3*26*2500=2145000)

11. Overall CDI ration should be 95%.

12. MTTR should be 85% 24hours & 95 % above 48 hours

13. Focus on Service engineer & other staff attendance and leaves.

14. Proper communication of all mails and reports.
