Service Engineer

Responsible for the daily checking and updating status of system received for repairing.

• To check the systems, send service report and do the PCB level repairing of the systems.

• Daily follow up for the submitted offers for the repairing with sales team.

• To work in co-ordination with sales, order processing, stores team.

• To attend customer calls for failure, service calls in timely manner.

• To make warranty claims.

• To do site visits for installation, commissioning, system failure analysis.

• To prepare and make ready systems by checking, configuration of new systems for new orders.

• Online updating the modification files for the changed configuration.

• Upkeeping the new and old system software configurations and also the backup.

• Visit and study the customer requirement, machines, understand technical requirements, various controls of

the machine,

• Training the customer operators, conduct service trainings at site.

• You will report on daily basis to the Service Manager.

• Travelling all over India.

Required qualifications:

• Diploma/Graduate in Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / E & TC / Mechatronix.

• 2 + year experience in table repairing, site repairing, installation & commissioning activities. •

Must have knowledge about the Electronics/Electrical circuit diagrams, terminology.

• Experience and knowledge in material handling equipment field will be added advantage.

• Must have knowledge and hands on experience on PCB level repairing.

• Strong oral, verbal and written skills.

• Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi languages.

• Advance computer skills in email, word, powerpoint, excel, ERP systems.

• Preferred Male candidate as it requires all over India travelling, site visits etc.
