Job Description

Setter for Manufaturing Industry


Education : Diploma in mechanical

Experience : 4 + years

Location : Pune - Chakan Ambethan

  • Set up CNC / VMC / HMC / conventional machines for hydraulic component production
  • Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job specifications
  • Interpret technical drawings, process sheets, and setup instructions
  • Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments to achieve required tolerances
  • Monitor machine performance and make corrections during production
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
  • Coordinate with operators, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major problems
  • Maintain proper documentation (setup sheets, inspection reports, etc.)


  • Required Skills & Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
