Site Supervisor

a.     Site inspections before work start.

b.     Ensuring prerequisites like site readiness and completing compliance like Worker Gate pass, work permit, safety, etc. before start of the work.

c.     Planning of work execution along with Site/ Project co -Ordinator of J Constrotech.

d.     Work quality inspection: Carryout work as per Method statement and Update Checklist for each activity.

e.      Do Material consumption check, Safety check, Machine and Tools Inspection.

f.      Daily work progress report submission to customer and J Constrotech.

g.     Material inspection & daily stock reporting to Site/ Project Co-Ordinator.

h.     Check on all the needs of labors and site material and inform to company.

i.      Maintain Record in file at site: Challans, MTC, MSDS, Drawings, Method statement, Checklist, Measurement sheet and Stock Statement, Tools List.

j.      Joint Measurements with client and preparation of measurement sheet.

k.     Work Measurements and bills certification & submission to client.

 a.     First point of contact for client

b.     Co ordination with client for site clearance and work front availability.

c.     Certify checklist day to day basis from client.

d.     On time Work handover letter from client.

e.     Certification of Measurements and Bills from client. 

a.     Submission of Safety, Labor compliance documents, MTC, MSDS and Challans to client. 

a.     Maintain company workers daily wage register along OT record.

b.     Maintain subcontractor wage register.

c.     Joint measurements and certification with subcontractors. 

d.     Transporter: Creating good relationship with transporter, preplan of vehicle entry and material unloading at site.

e.     Maintain challan record of each material, machine and tools at site.

f.      Taking care of workers during day – night work and during travelling.

g.     Communication of workers requirements to Site / Project Co-Ordinator.
