Job Location: off FC Road, Deccan, Pune.

We provide turn-key solutions to interior design related requirements of residential and commercial projects. Our expertise lies in Architectural and Interior Design of Residential Buildings, Bungalows, Restaurants, Hotels, Commercial, Institutional, Recreational and Government buildings.

Earthlike Designs, an architectural firm located off FC road, Pune, is hiring for the following positions:

SITE SUPERVISOR / CIVIL ENGINEER with experience of 2-3 years in Architecture / Interior sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Site measurements & basic measurement drawings in AutoCAD for interior design projects.
• Estimation and BOQ’s.
• Site visits to ensure the site work is according to the drawings
• Coordination with vendors.
• Vendor’s bill checking.
• Site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural design and technical drawings
• 
  

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Must have supervised at least one small scale interior or architectural project from start to end.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and other related software.
• Strong organisational, creative and presentation skills.
• Passionate and detail-oriented.
• Should be able to visit the sites in and around Pune. A two-wheeler driving license is a must.
