HIRING – Social Media Manager (Instagram & Facebook)

We are looking for a smart, creative, and active Social Media Manager to handle our company’s social media presence and audience engagement for commercial drama, theatre, and event promotions.

Job Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage Reels, Posts, and Stories regularly on Instagram & Facebook
• Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags
• Handle and reply to comments, messages, and audience queries
• Monitor audience engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Update social media profiles, highlights, bio, and important announcements
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation (Candidate with basic knowledge of Corel-Draw and Photoshop will be preferred)
• Promote/boost posts and assist in basic social media campaigns
• Track performance and prepare simple engagement reports
• Stay updated with trending reels, audio, and content ideas
• Help promote theatre shows, commercial dramas, and entertainment events through social media

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Instagram & Facebook handling
• Good communication and writing skills (Marathi & English preferred)
• Basic understanding of reels, trends, and audience engagement
• Creative mindset and consistency in work
• Knowledge of Canva / basic editing is an added advantage
• Interest in theatre, entertainment, or event promotions preferred
• Freshers can apply (if passionate and willing to learn)

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates having prior experience in social media management, event promotions, entertainment marketing, or digital marketing will be given preference.
