Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & SEO Manager who can take full ownership of our online presence across Portfolio. The person should be able to create social media accounts, optimize profiles, plan content calendars, design posts/reels, write captions, publish content, manage engagement, improve SEO, track analytics, and generate leads through organic digital marketing.
This is not just a posting role. We need someone who understands branding, content strategy, SEO, audience growth, and business outcomes.
Required Skills
- Required SkillsSocial media management experience.
- Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Good design sense using Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing using CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Rush, or similar tools.
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile.
- Ability to write in English and Hinglish.
- Good understanding of Indian education, technology, and business audiences.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Good to Have
- Good to HaveExperience managing education, coaching, training, AI, IT services, or startup brands.
- Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress/Webflow/Wix/Framer or basic website CMS.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, and YouTube Studio.
- Basic paid ads knowledge for Meta and Google Ads.
