Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting Solution Architects throughout the development, design, and approval stages of solutions. This role requires applying standardized processes to tailor solutions that align with the defined scope of services, delivery locations, and associated costs. The position focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in the creation of responses and ongoing operational support, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective solution delivery within the team and across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution objectives and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet organizational standards and client expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse technical components into cohesive solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges during solution development and implementation.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate architectural concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
