Specialist - Business Analysis

•         Role: TLM- Business analyst

•         Exp: 5 to 12 yrs.

•         Location : Pune 

•         Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days joiners only

Mandate Skill set: TLM Recon Business analyst, SQL

Good to Have : BPMN 2.0/Camunda or similar workflow tools + any AI exp

JD Below:

·         5-12 years of experience as Business Analyst Data Analyst

·         Should have Strong Domain knowledge in TLM- Reconciliation (Latest version – Good to have)

·         Minimum 5 years in Financial Reconciliation cash securities nostro trade or similar

·         Demonstrated success delivering reconciliation solutions into production in a multinational banking environment requirement through change control and go live

·         Strong Analytical Skills problem-solving skills

·         Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

·         Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations

·         Excellent planning organizational and time management skills

·         Strong experience in SQL queries for data extraction data analysis data mapping data quality checks

·         Proficient in using MS Excel for data analysis reporting

·         Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities documentation skills of BRD FRD User story writing and Managing E2E implementation

·         Strong Communication written verbal and excellent Stakeholder management Skills
