Technical Project Coordinator

The Technical Project Coordinator supports the planning coordination and execution of IT infrastructure projects This role works closely with project managers engineers and business stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule risks are tracked and deliverables are completed The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of server infrastructure strong organizational skills and project management training or certification

Key Responsibilities

  Coordinate project activities schedules meetings and status reporting

  Track project milestones risks dependencies and action items

  Facilitate communication between infrastructure teams vendors and stakeholders

  Assist with project documentation project plans change requests and meeting minutes

  Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed

  Support infrastructure initiatives involving servers storage networking and cloud services

  Prepare executive and project status reports using Microsoft Office tools

  Maintain project records and ensure adherence to organizational processes and standards

Required Qualifications

  Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Project Management or related field

  25 years of project coordination or project management experience

  Basic understanding of server infrastructure including

o  Windows andor Linux servers

o  Virtualization concepts VMware HyperV

o  Storage and networking fundamentals

o  Cloud infrastructure concepts Azure or AWS

  Tooling implementation experience

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel PowerPoint Word Teams

  Strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills

Certifications

Required one or more preferred

  CAPM Certified Associate in Project Management

Preferred

  PMP Project Management Professional

  Certified Scrum Master CSM

  PMIACP Agile Certified Practitioner

  ITIL Foundation

Preferred Skills

  Experience using Jira Microsoft Project

  Familiarity with Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methods

  Experience supporting infrastructure projects
