ROLE SUMMARY
The GenAI Adoption Training Analytics role is responsible for driving effective adoption sustained usage and measurable value realisation across EYs GenAI ecosystem This includes Microsoft Copilot licensed and unlicensed Copilot Agents and other enterprise GenAI tools in use across the firm
The role is insightled focusing on understanding adoption and engagement patterns across GenAI tools identifying where users experience friction or fail to realise value and translating those insights into targeted actions that improve capability and behaviour change at scale
At its core the role connects data to insight to intervention It uses adoption analytics engagement signals and qualitative feedback to diagnose recurring pain points such as confusion between licensed and unlicensed Copilot experiences agent readiness onboarding friction and misaligned expectations across GenAI tools Enablement and training are levers but they are purposeful and targeted driven by real usage patterns and quality outcomes rather than volumebased delivery
The role plays a critical part in accelerating timetovalue helping users progress from basic awareness to confident effective use of GenAI tools by aligning guidance reinforcement and messaging to how these tools are actually used in daytoday work This includes close partnership with adoption change and product teams to ensure insights directly inform priorities targeting and recommendations
The individual acts as a trusted GenAI adoption advisor with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents and working familiarity with other GenAI capabilities They engage credibly with senior leaders articulating adoption progress insights and recommended actions clearly and confidently
As GenAI becomes a core productivity capability at EY success depends not on deployment alone but on sustained adoption capability uplift and confidence in use This role ensures EYs investment in GenAI delivers measurable value by identifying validating and scaling highvalue GenAI use cases that improve productivity quality and decisionmaking embedding GenAI into everyday workflows and reducing adoption risk
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executivelevel GenAI enablementAJ21 and adoption with primary focus on highvalue Copilot and Copilot Agent use cases and selective coverage of other GenAI tools where relevant Design and execute leadership change plan to enable behavioural change
Insightled adoption interventions data to action across GenAI tools
GenAI use case identification validation scalingAJ31 and ongoing maintenance
Audience segmentation and targeted engagement
Handson GenAI practitioner support including Copilot licensedunlicensed and Agents
Training experience quality and reinforcement
Podcaststyle and modern learning delivery
Champion enablement and execution support
Regional enablement and delivery coordination
Continuous feedback capture and iteration
GenAI portfolio guidance helping users understand which GenAI tool to use when

Success means GenAI is confidently embedded into everyday workflows supported by insightled adoption actions that reduce friction accelerate timetovalue and give leaders clear visibility into what is working what is not and what to do next
Users progress from awareness to confident effective use of Microsoft Copilot Copilot Agents and other GenAI tools in their daytoday work Adoption decisions are driven by evidence rather than assumptions friction points are identified early and addressed through targeted interventions and leaders have confidence that GenAI investment is delivering real productivity quality and decisionmaking benefits over time
