Sr. Account Executive - EI Sales

 

Your main responsibilities

- Oversee the effective management of existing elevator, escalator, and moving walk installations by ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with technical personnel to ensure the accurate fitting and alignment of electrical and electronic elements.

- Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, understanding and addressing their specific needs related to existing installations. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues, coordinating timely resolutions with technical teams.

- Lead efforts to optimize service operations by implementing best practices and process improvements. Monitor and evaluate service metrics to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and service technicians, to ensure seamless project management and service delivery. Provide technical guidance to team members to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulators, and senior management, to ensure alignment on project objectives and service delivery standards. Maintain transparency and clear communication channels to foster collaborative environments.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during installation and servicing activities. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions promptly.

 

What you bring

Qualification: Graduate / Engineer, Postgraduate preferred

 

Professional Experience :

Min. 4 - 6 years of experience into Sales
