Sr. Manager Pricing, Selection, and Quotation
If you are interested in growing your career through global leadership, this role offers the opportunity to lead a team supporting the pricing, selection, and quotation (PSQ) of Emerson’s Isolation Valve (ISV) portfolio. In this position, you will enhance front‑end commercial processes, improve workflow speed and accuracy, and strengthen customer satisfaction and service levels. You will drive global standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while shaping a best‑in‑class support organization.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead a globally distributed team of approximately 65 professionals across multiple regions, time zones, and cultures, ensuring aligned priorities, consistent sales support, and accurate quotation delivery.
- Maintain clear communication routines and operating mechanisms to keep the global organization unified and focused on shared outcomes.
- Champion a customer‑first culture centered on responsiveness, accuracy, and partnership by collaborating closely with sales teams, channel partners, and manufacturing sites.
- Translate customer needs into scalable processes and build strong cross‑functional relationships to reduce friction, manage escalations, and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and implement performance tools, dashboards, and KPIs that increase visibility into quotation accuracy, turnaround times, workload, and capacity.
- Use data‑driven insights to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the team is positioned to support future business growth.
- Lead the development and global implementation of standardized systems, tools, and processes for the ISV portfolio.
- Simplify workflows, reduce response times, and enable consistent front‑end execution across all world areas while supporting a strong customer‑driven strategy.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial focused roles such as inside sales, application engineering, outside sales, or product management or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success leading or influencing global or geographically dispersed teams, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- Strong track record of delivering results in a highly matrixed organization, navigating competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to assess complex processes quickly, identify gaps, and drive customer focused solutions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

- Familiarity with global quoting, specification, or commercial support functions
