Sr. MES Developer

Sr. MES Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain MES application using .NET Framework 4.8 and C#.Net.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries for MES solutions.
Integrate MES with ERP systems and shop-floor equipment using APIs and middleware.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of MES applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues in production environments.
Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment in a manufacturing context.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Strong proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Competency in Ajax, jQuery, CSS, HTML & IDAutomation Native Barcode Generator
Exposure to reporting tools (SSRS / PowerBI).
Experience with Manufacturing processes such as Schedule, Inventory, Production Order Execution, Quality, Plant Performance (OEE) etc.
Knowledge of integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, OPC, MQTT).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Apriso BPM certification with experience in Apriso process builder, Machine Integrator and Business Integrator will be a plus.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and IoT integration.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
