Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Developer to configure and build AI-powered agents within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves developing Agentforce use cases, integrating AI actions with backend workflows, and ensuring high-quality execution within enterprise CRM environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and build Agentforce agents, topics, and actions
- Develop and optimize AI prompts for business use cases
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Platform Events
- Implement backend actions triggered via AI agents
- Configure data grounding using Salesforce objects and Knowledge
- Support AI testing and refinement cycles
- Participate in release cycles and hypercare support
Required Skills
- 3+ years Salesforce development experience
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce / Einstein Copilot
- Apex, LWC, Flows
- REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of AI prompt configuration and tuning
- Experience in CI/CD and release management
Preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Experience in regulated industries (Life Sciences preferred
