Position: Stores & Dispatch Executive

Industry: Engineering / Fire Protection

• Roles & Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and prepare GRNs in ERP.
• Maintain proper storage, bin locations, stock accuracy, and inventory records using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Perform regular stock verification, cycle counts, and reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.
• Issue materials to projects as per BOQ/indent and maintain site-wise material tracking.
• Coordinate material returns, refurbishment, and stock re-entry.
• Plan and execute dispatches as per project schedules while ensuring timely deliveries.
• Prepare dispatch documentation including delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth material movement.
• Maintain accurate ERP entries for GRN, material issues, returns, stock transfers, and dispatches.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on inventory, stock ageing, dispatch status, and logistics.
• Ensure proper documentation, statutory compliance, and adherence to company SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and proper material handling practices.
• Support internal audits and coordinate with Procurement, Projects, QA/QC, Finance, and site teams.
• Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, or Dispatch operations, preferably in an Engineering, EPC, or Fire Protection company.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and dispatch processes.
• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Zoho, Tally, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
