Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, and stock movements.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and periodic stock verification.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Design, and Project teams for material requirements.
- Maintain FIFO practices and proper storage of materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and dispatch documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about shortages and reorder requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the stores area.
- Track inward and outward movement of tools, consumables, and project materials.
- Support dispatch activities including packing, loading, and documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
