Job Description

Store Manager / Store In-Charge (Female) – Pune

Company: Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Female Store Manager to lead our kids' entertainment centre in Pune.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations
  • Handle customer queries and ensure excellent guest experience
  • Supervise and motivate the store team
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store standards
  • Manage cash, billing, reports, and inventory
  • Coordinate birthday parties and events
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills
  • Presentable personality with leadership abilities
  • Comfortable working on weekends and rotational shifts

Preferred Background: Retail stores, Play Zones, Family Entertainment Centres, Restaurants, Cafés, Hotels, Malls, or Hospitality.
