Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor (Male) – Timezone

📍 Location: Seasons Mall, Hadapsar, Pune

💰 Salary: Depends on Interview

Eligibility:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or customer service
  • Male candidates preferred
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest service.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and shift allocation.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with the Venue Manager to achieve operational and sales targets.
