📝 Job Summary:

Grace Venture is looking for a Survey Executive to source commercial properties and support business expansion. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable properties, coordinating with builders and property owners, and conducting site surveys and evaluations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🏬 Source commercial properties from open market, brokers, and builders

🤝 Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and property owners

📍 Conduct site visits and property evaluations

📊 Identify new property opportunities as per business requirements

💬 Negotiate pricing, lease, and purchase terms

📁 Coordinate with legal and internal teams for documentation

🗂️ Maintain property database and market records

📈 Track market trends and competitor activities

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 20 – 45 years

Gender: Both genders allowed

Education: 12th Pass

English: Basic English

Experience: Freshers can apply (0–2 years preferred)

Shift: Day (Full Time)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience & skills)

Incentive: ₹30,000 (Based on performance)
