Tally Account Executive

A Tally Account Executive manages day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, GST/TDS filing, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing using TallyPrime or ERP 9. They ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting, often assisting with audits. 

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Management: Maintaining accurate daily records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.

Financial Reporting: Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L).

Compliance: Managing GST invoicing, filing, and TDS deductions.

Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing aging reports and ensuring timely payments. 

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Proficiency in TallyPrime/Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations (GST/TDS), and auditing.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
