Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Training Faculty who can mentor and train MBA/PGDM aspirants for B-School admission interviews and selection processes. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to guide students in improving their confidence, clarity, and interview performance.

The role involves training students for Personal Interviews (PI), Group Discussions (GD), Written Ability Tests (WAT), profile building, and overall admission preparation for top B-Schools across India.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTrain students for MBA/PGDM admission interviews and selection rounds
• Conduct mock Personal Interviews (PI), GDs, and WAT sessions
• Help students improve communication skills, confidence, clarity, and personality
• Understand each student’s profile and create personalized preparation strategies
• Assist students in filling B-School and college application forms accurately
• Guide students in profile building and profile enhancement activities
• Create and maintain interview question banks and preparation material
• Stay updated with:

• Maintain proper student progress tracking and performance records
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding student applications and interview updates
• Mentor students throughout the admission journey until final conversion

• Candidates with CAT/MBA interview preparation experience will have an added advantage
