You will be the primary operational anchor and practitioner-leader for our delivery organization, bridging the gap between strategic intent and technical execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead engineering teams in building sustainable products that accelerate the delivery of life-changing diagnostics and medicines.

Description of the Area

We are seeking a hands-on leader, ideally with experience as an STE, RTE, Program Manager or Initiative Owner, to guide a diverse delivery team, including Senior Project/Program Managers, Deployment Leads, RTEs, and STEs. You will operate as a practitioner-leader, balancing deep mentorship with Network Execution. Success in this role relies on establishing absolute trust with Business and IT leaders through constant communication and active partnership.

The Opportunity:

• Drive Product Strategy: Accountable for setting the product direction, ensuring all features and roadmaps align with defined financial objectives and organizational goals.

• Lead Cross-Functional Excellence: Orchestrate the continuous flow of the Agile Value Stream while simultaneously driving distinct programs and projects to successful completion.

• Foster Trusted Partnerships: Build deep alliances with Business and IT executives through transparent communication to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

• Champion Customer-Centricity: Act as the primary owner of the customer's problem, prioritizing internal user needs to deliver solutions that provide tangible value.

• Execute End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from initial ideation and strategic planning through to launch, scaling, and eventual retirement.

• Innovate with AI: Proactively integrate relevant Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into the product roadmap to maintain a competitive and future-ready portfolio.

• Optimize Performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user satisfaction metrics to inform data-driven product iterations and optimizations.

• Nurture Team Development: Act as a practitioner-coach, mentoring your team to master SAFe facilitation and navigate complex hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) landscapes.

Who you are:

• Experienced Product Leader: You bring 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis with a proven track record of launching technology products.

• Industry Specialist: You possess 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.

• Proven People Lead: You have 1+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams and holding people authority.

• Technically Proficient: You have a strong understanding of software architecture (APIs, cloud) and the product development lifecycle, including GxP and GDPR.

• Strategic Communicator: You excel at translating high-level scientific goals into concrete roadmaps and influencing diverse groups toward a common vision.

• Agile Expert: You are skilled in SAFe facilitation and capable of removing systemic impediments to maintain operational excellence and flow.

• Academic Foundation: You are highly educated in a relevant scientific, technical, or business field, supporting your ability to navigate the healthcare landscape.
