Team Leader
Key responsibilities:
- Managing production assembly lines
- Assisting their teams to complete orders
- Preparing reports- Production Report, Inspection Reports, sop check sheet
- Maintain records and documentation of the entire production process.
- Maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring employees follow safety regulations and procedures
- Ensuring that production goals are met by monitoring equipment performance and employee output
- Supervising a team of workers to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently
- Ensuring that all materials are available for production through inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate with other departments to determine the demand for the product.
- Manage the production process and make sure the final product meets quality standards
- Ensure the final product is according to customer’s requirements.
- Coordinate production workflow for the products with Production Manager and higher management
