- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to build collective expertise.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing compensation modules tailored to client-specific requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
