Technical Architect - ServiceMax

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceMax solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical specifications.
- Focus on optimizing workflows and removing inefficiencies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the customization, configuration, and deployment of ServiceMax applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Design and implement seamless integration between ServiceMax and other enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and synchronization.
- Mentor and guide development teams, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Promote a collaborative environment by engaging cross-functional teams and valuing diverse insights.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ServiceMax and related technologies to provide forward-thinking solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, with a strong emphasis on ServiceMax and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying ServiceMax solutions, including custom workflows and integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of field service management processes and cloud-based architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
- Commitment to integrity and accountability in achieving project outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
