Job Description
1. Windows 11 with strong technical skill to install, configure and troubleshoot operating system issues by analyzing System Event logs/ system behavior and / or performing various updates/ upgrades instead of just formatting the machine. Access Registry and various common Registry settings.
2. Skilled enough to diagnose the hardware issues specific to Desktop, Laptop, Printers, and Scanners. Call log skill with Third party vendors
3. Troubleshooting skill on Microsoft Outlook 2007/ 2013 and MS Outlook 2016 & Licensing knowledge (Advantage, features etc.)
4. Ticket categorization, Work-log update, SLA/ Ticket monitoring in terms on Assigned, Work-in progress, Pending etc. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, Remedy, Jira,etc). also Remote tools awareness.

6. Windows OS troubleshooting (OS Upgradation, BIOS, Firmware etc.)

8. Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote desktop tools.
9. System level compliance parameter understanding & troubleshooting (SCCM, Antivirus, Windows Version, etc.)
