Technical Sales Co-ordinator

Qualification: - ANY GRADUATE (BSC/BBA-Marketing / DIPLOMA / Degree (ME) or Any Discipline.

Work Experience: - Min. 0 to 2 yrs. in Sales & Marketing Preferred. (TECHNICAL FIELD - CNC MACHINES)

Gender: - Female / Male Post: - 2 JOINING - IMMEDIATE

2 WHEELER:- MUST

RESIDENCE LOCATION ABOVE 1-3 KM, REQUIRED & IT IS MUST TO HAVE 2-WHEELER. WITHOUT 2-WHEELER PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

 Profile Requires:

 Good Communication Skill, Good Coordination Skill, Can able to handle independent Back Office Activities,

 Good Subject Understanding, Self-Motivated

 Able to handle different task to Develop Market,

 Good Convincing Skill,

 Smart- in Work Execution,

 Good Knowledge & Strong Familiar with MS Office,(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

 Mail Transactions,

 Online Meetings,

 Team Ethics, Admin Ethics & Spirit

 Duties and responsibilities

The sales-Marketing coordinator will be responsible for whole back-office activities.

 Generating Lead reports, visit reports,

 extensive calling to generate leads, follow-up calls,

 Offering Products information with closing the sales.

 Planning, Reporting and Monitoring on sales & Marketing Activities.

 Preparations of reports of Follow-ups and revisit scheduling.

 Daily reporting to the reporting authorities.

 Monitoring & Achieving the Sales Target Report / schedules.

 Arrange Technical discussion, Meetings, visits,

 Exhibition Schedules, (if any),

 Any upcoming back-office activities to be carried out

 If Requires Visit to Local OR as requires to Outside the Pune Area (for Male candidates only)

 2-Wheeler is Must for any urgent upcoming outside work. (for male candidates only.)

 Office timing

 9.00 am to 5.30 pm / Monday to Saturday working – Sunday OFF
