Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Helpdesk Executive to provide first-level technical support to internal users and clients. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues while ensuring timely resolution and excellent user support.

  • Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, remote access, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, network, email, and application-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Monitor and resolve user complaints and IT support tickets within defined SLA timelines.
  • Coordinate with senior technical teams or vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Support users in password resets, account management, and access-related issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of support activities.
  • Assist in basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
  • Ensure system security practices and antivirus updates are properly maintained.
  • Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and applications when required.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience:1–6 Years
