Job Description
Technical Support Engineer to handle on-site and remote support for software, hardware, and security systems. The ideal candidate is ready to take ownership of issues and new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client sites to diagnose and resolve software & hardware issues
Identify and troubleshoot system, network, and application problems
Provide support for Windows OS - installation, configuration, and maintenance
Handle MS Office tasks including advanced Excel support
Conduct user training and manage software/hardware installations
Support CCTV systems and Access Control solutions
Manage IIS configuration and basic troubleshooting
Work with SQL for basic queries, backup/restore, and application support
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with CCTV and Access Control systems
Basic SQL knowledge for application-level support
Familiarity with IIS web server management
Hardware and software installation & troubleshooting
Willingness to travel to client sites
Good communication and training skills
Candidate Profile:
Ready to take on challenges, learn new technologies, and handle end-to-end support independently.
