Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives by applying suitable methodologies and working closely with project sponsors to ensure clear understanding and control of project scope and associated risks. The role requires steering the project towards successful completion by maintaining high standards of service quality and managing costs effectively. Additionally, the position involves fostering ongoing business growth by supporting sales efforts through the development of innovative solutions and ensuring excellence in delivery. Collaboration with various stakeholders and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts across multiple teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from plans.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring for junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into continuous improvement of delivery processes.
