Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive
Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive who will be responsible for calling prospective customers from the company's database, arranging meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate will also assist with administrative activities, report preparation, and customer retention initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Appointment SettingContact prospective customers from the company's database through telephone calls.
- Introduce the company's products and services effectively.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain a regular follow-up process with prospects and existing customers.
- Customer Relationship ManagementProvide complete and accurate information regarding company products, services, and ongoing projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department when required.
- Support customer retention activities through regular communication and engagement.
- Follow-Up & CoordinationFollow up with leads after meetings, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely closure of opportunities.
- Track customer responses and update records accordingly.
- Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily call records and customer interaction logs.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Update CRM/database with accurate customer information and follow-up status.
- Generate reports on appointments fixed, demos conducted, and customer feedback.
- Administrative SupportAssist management with administrative and coordination activities.
- Maintain customer databases and company records.
- Support event registrations, networking activities, and other operational requirements as assigned.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred).
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Good follow-up and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain records accurately.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls made per day.
- Meetings and demos scheduled for the sales team.
- Follow-up conversion ratio.
- Customer retention and engagement levels.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Database management and record maintenance.
