Job Description
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Computer Operations
- Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Operate office software (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
- 🛠 Skills & CompetenciesCommunication skills: Clear, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
- Typing and data entry: Fast and accurate computer handling.
- MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Customer service orientation: Ability to build rapport and trust.
- Multitasking: Manage calls and computer tasks simultaneously.
- 📚 QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or graduate degree.
- Prior experience in telecalling or computer operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office software and internet usage.
- Good command of local language and English.
- ⏰ Work EnvironmentOffice-based role with standard working hours.
- May involve rotational shifts depending on business needs.
