Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities: Counsel students via calls, chats, and emails regarding courses and programs
  • Understand student requirements and suggest suitable options
  • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
  • Achieve monthly admission targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth onboarding of students
  • Handle objections and provide proper guidance to students/parents
