Job Description

RaeesRoyal Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Admin Executive to manage property listings, client coordination, documentation, CRM updates, and day-to-day administrative operations.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:Manage residential and commercial property listings.

  • Coordinate with property owners, buyers, tenants, and builders.
  • Maintain and update CRM, leads, and property database.
  • Handle property documents, agreements, and client records.
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with clients.
  • Prepare property drafts, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Support sales and leasing teams with administrative tasks.
  • Manage calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
